Optical tracking

Optical tracking is performed by a CCD camera.

White or black adhesive tape, dependent on the colour of the floor, is used a guide track. The width of the track is between 15 and 25 mm. Alternatively, the track can be painted.

Alternative circuits can easily be created at any time using offset point switch technology. RFIDs are used for point switches and stop stations.

In this way, the circuit can be laid by the operator themselves within a few minutes and changes easily made. Expensive excavation work is a thing of the past.

The stopping accuracy of the AGV modules for forward and reverse travel is ± 1mm.

Overall, the CCD Camera is extremely robust with a high error tolerance.
