We provide customised, freely programmable control systems, with optional workpiece recognition sensors, and adapt these systems to processing machines for operation in fully automated, flexible production plants, catering to every imaginable application.

Robustness, quality, stability and modern design are the hallmarks of BÄR robots.

A strong, torsion-resistant frame forms a solid base for the positioning unit, ensuring precise positioning even at high speed. The carriage unit can be equipped with optional lifting devices, rotary heads and gripper variations, starting from the standard configuration up to and including the V-configuration, any of which can be supplied in tandem.

Problem-orientated workpiece pick-up units, with or without rotary or swivel heads, can be integrated at any time.

If your priority lies in achieving reduced cycle times, our high-speed gantries with servo linear motor actuators are the product of choice. This product, developed in-house, has a range of technical and practical advantages, such as direct power transmission without mechanical intermediate components, and a design which ensures maximum speed and precision.
