Case Study - Tool Rack Storage Unit

The tool rack storage unit fully automatically supplies the machining centre’s workpiece spindle with the necessary tools and at the same time serves as tool storage unit. An integrated linear unit feeds the necessary tools. The tools are stored horizontally in rows of tool cassettes and are held with a locking jack to the shank taper or hollow shank taper mounting groove.
